OCI Global and VICTROL Partner for Clean Ammonia Bunkering
OCI Global and VICTROL have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop a refrigerated clean ammonia bunkering supply chain in the Netherlands and Belgium.
This collaboration aims to accelerate the decarbonization of the maritime industry by creating a safe, scalable, and commercially viable supply chain for clean ammonia bunkering.
- OCI Ammonia Distribution B.V. will source and import clean ammonia from global production hubs.
- The ammonia will be transported to the OCI Terminal Europoort (OTE) in the Port of Rotterdam for storage and distribution.
- OCI is building partnerships with shipowners and end-users to adopt ammonia as a clean fuel.
