An NYPD camera pointing directly into the bedroom of Pamela Wridt and Robert Sauve has led to a lawsuit against the city.
The camera is part of a vast network of public and private cameras used by the NYPD for citywide surveillance in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
“It can see potentially directly into any part of our house,”
said Robert Sauve. This camera is one of tens of thousands feeding into a massive warrantless surveillance system used to track and profile millions of New Yorkers daily.
