Hilary Duff confirmed her musical comeback is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, with the release of her new single titled Mature. This marks her return after a decade-long break from releasing music.
The 37-year-old former Disney Channel star revealed the news on Monday, November 3. The new single will be her first new music since her 2015 album, Breathe In., Breathe Out. The cover art for "Mature" shows a moody triptych featuring Duff thoughtfully gazing into the distance.
“So happy this is finally yours to hear. Been keeping this one quiet too long,” Duff wrote on Instagram, officially announcing the single and sharing the cover art.
Over the last several years, Duff has concentrated mainly on acting, with lead roles in TV series such as How I Met Your Father and Younger. Alongside the music release, a docuseries is in development documenting her musical return and personal journey.
