Developers Granted Extensions
Clearview Township council has granted a one-year extension to a Draft Plan of Subdivision for Clearview Park.
The original plan, approved in November 2013, called for 244 single detached homes, 60 semis, and 100 medium density units on a 25.6 hectare parcel fronting on County Road 7 in northeast Stayner.
According to Derek Abbotts, Clearview Director of Planning and Building,
“This will facilitate additional time to work through the proposed Red Line (alterations to an approved site plan that do not substantively impact the visual appearance of a development) request and zoning amendment applications,”he said.
Abbotts noted that
“It is anticipated that should those applications be approved that a new lapse date would form as a result.”
