The Infiniti QX80 R-Spec features a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 engine, but a new version will have the heart of a GT-R Nismo.
Infiniti has created an "extreme, no-holds barred study" by equipping the QX80 R-Spec with a VR38DETT engine from a GT-R Nismo.
