Bikepackers have long struggled with fitting a decent tent into a frame bag, as bulk has been the major issue. The APEX1, a new one-person bikepacking tent, addresses this problem.
Designed by Swiss brand Aper, the APEX1 is built to be tougher, smaller, and smarter for life on two wheels. It is the first tent built specifically for bikepackers, but also suitable for hikers and fastpackers.
The APEX1 features a modular, single-pole, non-freestanding design that incorporates the bike into its structure, making it ideal for pedalling through wild weather with limited storage space.
