Luzerne County Election Board to Start Post-Election Adjudication Earlier
The Luzerne County Election Board's post-election adjudication will commence sooner than in previous years.
According to County Election Director Emily Cook, adjudication will begin on Thursday, instead of the traditional Friday after elections.
