After nearly a decade, Yellowcard has released a new album, "Better Days", their first full-length effort since reuniting in 2022.
According to frontman Ryan Key,
"The response to the album has been overwhelmingly positive... It feels like there's just such a positive charge around this thing."
The album reflects on the time it's taken for the band to deliver another record, with Key stating that
"We've come a long way from where we were when we decided in a hotel room in whatever old city we were in in 2015 when we said it's time to hang this up, we need to make a plan."
The band's reunion and new album have brought a sense of positivity, with Key feeling a
"positive charge" around the album.
