Senator Mike Rounds stated that approximately 18,000 families in South Dakota could be impacted by the expiring ACA tax credits.
“There are about 18,000 families in South Dakota, that actually are in real jeopardy if we don’t do something, I want to find a path forward to take care of those needs,”
said Rounds. He expressed willingness to find solutions, but noted that Republicans will not negotiate until the government is reopened.
