R&R Brands Invests in Brio and Bravo
R&R Brands, a new multibrand restaurant group led by Scott Taylor, has made a strategic investment in Brio Italian Grill and Bravo Italian Kitchen.
The two Italian casual-dining chains, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in August, will be revitalized by R&R Brands, which will also take over as manager of the brands.
- Brio and Bravo were previously owned and operated by Earl Enterprises.
- R&R Brands' portfolio includes Party Fowl, Cody’s Original Roadhouse, Santa Fe Cattle Co., Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, and two movie theaters.
No comment on the stake Earl maintains under the new agreement.
