Tamworth Teacher to Remain in Custody
A teacher accused of child sex and abuse charges in Tamworth court will stay behind bars as his case has been adjourned again.
Bradley Van Praag faces nine charges and his case was mentioned in Tamworth Local Court on October 15, but he did not appear.
There's an email here, which says they haven't had a case conference, can they adjourn for three weeks.said Magistrate Rodney Brender.
- The case has been delayed for a second time to allow the defence to meet with prosecutors.
