Ahead of COP30, officials and civil society groups expressed disappointment over the lack of detail on the "Baku to Belém Roadmap to 1.3T" at the pre-COP meeting in Brazil.
The roadmap aims to raise $1.3 trillion of climate finance a year by 2035, building on a core commitment of $300 million annually for developing countries.
