Signal Festival: 5 Must-See Installations and Visitor's Guide
Prague's biggest digital art event, the Signal Festival, returns from Oct. 16-19, featuring holograms, video mappings, and a Bill Viola masterpiece.
The 13th edition of the festival transforms Prague into an outdoor gallery of light, projection, and digital art, with 20 installations across two routes: Centrum and Vinohrady.
Highlights of the Festival
- The 70-meter tower of the Old Town Hall becomes a projection canvas for the first time in Signal's 13-year history, transformed by Italian studio mammasONica into a monumental digital artwork.
- Video mapping returns to the Basilica of St. in Vinohrady, merging futuristic architectural structures with the fixed geometry of the church’s historic façade, presenting the city as a living organism.
