Dodgers’ Freddie Freeman ends 18-inning World Series Game 3 thriller

The Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays played a tense nine innings full of momentum shifts, lead changes, thrilling heroics and hair-raising mistakes.

Game 3 of the World Series began on Monday in Los Angeles and ended on Tuesday. Freddie Freeman’s solo home run in the bottom of the 18th inning lifted the Dodgers to a 6-5 victory, 6 hours and 39 minutes after the game began.
