The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reports that Milwaukee Tool has issued a recall for its M18 FUEL Top Handle Chainsaw due to a potential laceration hazard.
- The recall affects approximately 90,860 units in the U.S.
- An additional 7,500 units are affected in Canada.
The chainsaw's chain brake may not activate, posing a risk of injury. The recall involves catalog number 2826-20, identifiable by an "A" in the product's serial number.
Consumers are advised to stop using the chainsaw immediately and contact Milwaukee Tool for a free repair.
