Lachin Blockade ‘Eco-Activist’ Meets Armenian Counterparts in Yerevan
A meeting between Azerbaijani civil society members and their Armenian counterparts took place in Yerevan on October 22.
Among the attendees from the Azerbaijani side was Dilara Efendiyeva, a prominent “eco-activist” who participated in the blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh in 2022–2023 and is closely linked with the government.
The meeting was headed by the head of Armenia’s Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, and included other Azerbaijani participants connected to pro-government NGOs, according to opposition figures.
Opposition figures have said that the other Azerbaijani participants are all connected to pro-government NGOs.
