Club 'seized the opportunity' to sign Leeds man
Leeds United striker Mateo Joseph is delighted with his move to Mallorca, and the Spanish club is equally pleased with the acquisition.
According to ABC, the move to Mallorca has worked out well for both parties. After a move to Real Betis fell through, Mallorca took advantage of the situation and signed Joseph on a loan deal for the season.
The club needed a replacement for Cyle Larin, and Joseph's move was facilitated by his childhood friend, Pablo Torre, who also signed with Mallorca this summer.
Joseph was reportedly "disappointed" with Daniel Farke, which contributed to his decision to make the move.
Mallorca's manager has "unwavering faith" in Joseph, and the striker is thriving in his new environment.
