Zach Porthen to Make Springbok Debut
Cape Town-born Zach Porthen, 22, will make his Springbok debut against Japan on Saturday, 1 November 2025.
Porthen's high school rugby coach, Justin Van Winkel, noted that with his skill set, they knew he was destined for greatness.

Wynberg Boys Junior School headmaster, Cedric Poleman, expressed his pride in Porthen's achievement on the school's social media page.
Porthen makes history as South Africa's youngest prop after only one appearance for the DHL Stormers.
