Mega Millions Jackpot Reaches $800 Million
The Mega Millions jackpot is approaching $1 billion.
The numbers drawn on Friday were: 2, 24, 52, 66, 68, and the Mega Ball 9. Since no tickets matched all six numbers, the jackpot for the next drawing on Tuesday is estimated to be $800 million, or $371 million if the winner chooses the cash option.
The jackpot has been growing since late June, when a Virginia winner claimed $348 million.
