Annika Properties has submitted a planning application to renovate the former Prams and Toys store, with the goal of repairing the damage caused by illegal drug propagation.
The property has been subject to illegal drug propagation and has suffered damage due to this, this application will ensure the building is repaired appropriately.
In 2022, Robertas Cela and Fjoraldo Hazizi were sentenced to two years and eight months in prison for producing cannabis at the premises, where over 750 plants were discovered.
