The inaugural CrowdStrike Veterans Race of Remembrance is set to take place at Virginia International Raceway (VIR) on November 6-8.
Nolan Yuke, a U.S. Army combat veteran, and Camen Lackney, who battled depression after being injured in Iraq, will meet in person at the event. Both men had their lives changed by visits to the Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen at Watkins Glen International.
Yuke, a longtime sports car fan, won free tickets to the 2024 Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen, which sparked a new chapter in his life.
The CrowdStrike Veterans Race of Remembrance powered by AWS will feature a six-hour race, starting at 9 a.m. ET, alongside the Mustang Cup season-finale and Radical World Finals.
