Schenectady Man Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison
Trejon Faircloth, 22, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for having an illegal gun.
Faircloth was stopped by police on May 10 at 11:45 p.m. while driving with a suspended license and expired registration sticker.
- Police found a Glock .40-caliber handgun under his driver's seat.
- A backpack containing 149 grams of oxycodone pills, 84 grams of heroin, 41.5 grams of cocaine, and three ounces of cannabis was also discovered.
- Additionally, Faircloth had scales, baggies, and $2,200 cash, indicating potential distribution.
Faircloth will also serve 5 years of post-release supervision.
