A "misleading" contractor is targeting seniors in the Las Vegas area, according to the Nevada State Contractors Board.
Kevin Raynell Watson of Powatt, LLC, is accused of misrepresenting himself as a licensed contractor for home remodel and design projects.

According to the board, Watson used photos and videos from legitimate companies and passed them off as his own work.
