Man Arrested and Charged Over Alleged Assault
A 22-year-old man has been arrested and refused bail after allegedly assaulting a teenage girl in a Central West home.
Detectives from Chifley Police District made the arrest in Orange on Tuesday, October 21, following an investigation into the alleged incident in Millthorpe the previous week.
The man appeared at Parramatta Bail Court on Wednesday, October 22, and was refused bail. He is scheduled to appear in court again on December 17, 2025.
Police received a call at approximately 4:20am on Friday, October 17, reporting a break-in at a Millthorpe home and an assault on a teenage girl.
