This 1903 Georges Richard is one of the most photographed cars on the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run.
Most entrants have to dress for the weather, with flying jackets, hats and goggles as their only shield against the November elements.
However, the occupants of this car have the rare benefit of a roof, with a perpendicular cabin styled after horse-drawn carriages.
The driver accesses the cosy cabin by clambering past two levers and the bulbous rubber part of the brass horn to be ensconced into the deep-buttoned leather seat.
The car is up for sale at the Bonhams Cars Golden Age of Motoring sale, making it a unique opportunity for collectors.
