Condemnation of DPP Sentencing
Mainland office condemns the DPP's sentencing of Taiwan's retired Lieutenant General Gao to seven and a half years in prison.

The office's spokesperson, Chen Binhua, stated that this is an act of judicial abuse and political persecution against pro-reunification and patriotic forces on the island.
- The DPP authorities cited an alleged violation of the so-called "national security law".
- The DPP is suppressing political dissents and arbitrarily persecuting organizations and individuals who oppose "Taiwan independence" and advocate reunification.
