Euston Reset Kicks Off £300m Design and Engineering Role Hunt
The Department for Transport is starting a £300m hunt for a design and engineering partner to overhaul Euston station and its surrounding district.
A new government-backed Euston Delivery Company will oversee the five-year role, covering the mainline station overhaul, underground upgrades, and redevelopment of railway land.
- Design and construction of the new HS2 station will be delivered by a Private Finance Partner, procured separately.
- The winning partner will lead design, masterplanning, cost control, and programme assurance for the project.
The project aims to create a fully integrated transport hub and unlock a multi-billion-pound regeneration opportunity for north London.
