PACCAR Australia has issued a recall notice for 341 Kenworth trucks manufactured between 2019 and 2025.
The recall is due to a manufacturing issue where the fitting connecting the delivery hoses to the lift axle spring brake may not have been tightened sufficiently, potentially causing unintended brake application while driving.
A sudden unintended stop whilst driving, could increase the risk of an accident.
Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted to book an appointment with their preferred Kenworth dealership for free repairs.
