NHSRCL Launches Tenth Steel Bridge In Ahmedabad

The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has successfully launched the 10th steel bridge for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad Bullet Train corridor in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Measuring 60 metres in length and weighing 485 metric tonnes, this bridge marks the first steel bridge launch in the Ahmedabad district for the project.

The bridge was launched over a Western Railway facility adjacent to existing tracks, with the entire operation taking just seven hours to complete after months of planning.

NHSRCL executed the operation with precision, pre-assembling the bridge at a height of 16.5 metres on temporary trestles before moving it into position.
