Baby Emmanuel Case: Father Pleads Guilty
The father of baby Emmanuel Haro, Jake Haro, has pleaded guilty to all charges in the murder case, according to News Channel 3.
- Charges include second-degree homicide
- Filing a false police report
- Assault of a child under 8 with great bodily injury resulting in death
Emmanuel's mother, Rebecca Haro, did not plead guilty and her case will continue. She is also charged with Emmanuel's murder and other charges.
No word on whether investigators have located the remains of seven-month-old Emmanuel Haro.
Jake Haro is set to be sentenced in November.
