Ilkley Film Society Screening
Ilkley Film Society will screen Clint Eastwood's courtroom drama Juror #2 on Sunday, October 26th at 8pm at Ilkley Playhouse.
The film tells the story of a young man serving on a jury in Savannah, Georgia, who discovers a connection to the case and faces a moral dilemma that could result in a miscarriage of justice.
Clint Eastwood, 93 years old at the start of production, directs his 40th film, with Toni Collette and Nicholas Hoult starring. Guests are welcome for £5 (cash only) and should contact Dave Howell on 01943 430097 or secretary@ilkleyfilmsociety.
Clint Eastwood still has some way to go to match the Portuguese director Manoel de Oliveira who directed 3 full-length features after his 100th birthday!
