'Pokémon Legends: Z-A' is a great game, but it highlights some of the series' lingering problems, including a lack of voice acting.
Fifteen years ago, it would have been hard to believe that the Zelda series would have three games with full voice acting, while Pokémon, with its thousands of anime episodes and a live-action film, would still not have implemented voice acting.
Pokémon adding voice acting has been a hotly contested topic for years, and after playing Pokémon Legends: Z-A, I’m more confident than ever in saying, yes, Pokémon really needs it.
