State Department Revokes Visas Over Charlie Kirk's Murder

The State Department has revoked visas from individuals who allegedly "celebrated" the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

In a social media post, the State Department listed examples from six people with revoked visas, originating from Argentina, South Africa, Paraguay, Mexico, Brazil, and Germany.

The move has raised questions about the legality of revoking or denying visas based on comments, under the First Amendment.

The State Department continues to identify foreigners who celebrated Kirk's assassination.

The revocations occurred on the same day President Trump posthumously awarded Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
