Australian Women's Team Outclasses PNG Orchids
The Australian Women's Prime Minister's XIII team defeated the Papua New Guinea Orchids 50-0 at Santos National Football Stadium in Port Moresby.
Despite the loss, the PNG Orchids showed an improved performance. Veteran players Quincy Dodd, Kasey Reh, and Kirra Dibb led the Australian team, while wingers Phoenix-Raine Hippi and Caitlin Turnbull scored trebles.
19-year-old Phoenix-Raine Hippi was outstanding, scoring a hat-trick and setting up two more tries, threatening the Orchids' defence every time she touched the ball.
The Australian Women's Prime Minister's XIII team has outclassed a spirited Papua New Guinea Orchids 50-0.
