Setback for Juventus as Thiago Motta Rejects Real Sociedad
Juventus had hoped to terminate their contract with Thiago Motta, but their plans have been put on hold. The club appointed the 43-year-old Italo-Brazilian manager in the summer of 2024, but he had a disappointing eight-month stint in Turin before being let go in March.
Motta's contract, which runs until June 2027, has a net salary of €3.5 million, and he remains on Juventus' payroll along with his technical staff.
The former Inter and Paris Saint-Germain midfielder has been linked to several clubs, but no concrete developments have been made.
