Salesforce has announced a new release of Agentforce, dubbed Agentforce 360, which aims to provide a platform for building, deploying, and controlling agents to power the agentic enterprise.
The platform will utilize Slack as the front end, and according to Salesforce, it "gives teams the fastest path from AI prototypes to production-scale agents". However, many features are still to come or are in pilot phases or beta testing.
Customers are not currently getting value from their AI investments, they are stuck in what I call 'pilot purgatory', and this is what we're trying to solve.
Agentforce 360 will be showcased at the company's annual Dreamforce conference, and is designed to unite humans, agents, apps, and data, according to Salesforce president and chief engineering officer Srinivas Tallapragada.
