According to a statement from the Brazos County District Attorney’s Office, the case dates back to September 2021. College Station police were called to a local hospital following a report of sexual assault. The victim, a teenage girl, provided a description that led officers to Perry at an abandoned apartment identified as the crime scene.
During the plea proceedings, Perry also admitted guilt in several other felony cases, including domestic violence assault, theft, and drug possession. Online jail records reveal that this was his 23rd arrest within the last decade.
