Oliver and James Phelps, hosts of Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking, shared which actors inspired them most during filming of the iconic movies. The second season of the Food Network series began airing on November 2, delighting both Harry Potter and baking enthusiasts.
Oliver and James Phelps played the mischievous twins George and Fred Weasley, Ron Weasley's elder brothers, across all eight Harry Potter films released between 2001 and 2011.
Answering a viewer’s question—“The Harry Potter cast was filled with incredible icons. Who inspired you most during your time on set?”—they posted a 63-second video on Food Network's official Instagram.
“We had a lot of icons when we were filming Harry Potter. One who inspired me would probably have to be Julie Walters,” Oliver said.
Julie Walters, who portrayed Molly Weasley, the twins' mother, took on a nurturing role off-camera as well.
“Because she looked after us on set. She gave us good advice and she helped us out. Definitely Julie Walters,” Oliver added.
The Phelps twins highlighted Julie Walters' kindness and guidance as their strongest inspiration during the Harry Potter films.
Author’s note: The Phelps twins cherished the nurturing support of Julie Walters, emphasizing how off-screen relationships enriched their cinematic experience.
