Environment Canada reports the fog has now cleared. Snow periods were expected to end by noon, with a 40% chance of flurries in the afternoon. Temperatures will drop to zero with a morning wind chill near –7°C.
Environment Canada: “Motorists had been cautioned that travel could be hazardous in some locations and were urged to slow down, turn on headlights, and leave extra space between vehicles.”
