Foxconn Invests in Tamil Nadu
Foxconn, a multinational electronics giant, has committed to investing Rs 15,000 crore in Tamil Nadu.
This investment was announced during a meeting with Chief Minister MK Stalin on October 13, 2025.
“Yet another major boost for Tamil Nadu’s electronics and advanced manufacturing sector as Honourable @CMOTamilNadu Thiru. @MKStalin avargal met with Foxconn’s India Representative Mr. Robert Wu to reaffirm their deep trust in Tamil Nadu with substantial investment commitments,”
said Minister for Industries TRB Rajaa. The investment is expected to create 14,000 engineering jobs and establish the first-ever Foxconn Desk.
