A parade and ceremony will take place on Remembrance Day, November 11th, honoring fallen Canadian soldiers and celebrating the service of veterans and active military members.
The annual Remembrance Day parade and ceremony will begin at 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11th, in downtown Fort St. John. It commemorates the sacrifices of Canadian soldiers and honors living veterans.
Organized by the local branch of the Royal Canadian Legion, the parade starts outside the School District 60 office on 102nd Street. It proceeds past the legion building along 105th Avenue, continues to City Hall, and finishes at the cenotaph for an outdoor ceremony.
