Chrishell Stause may be stepping away from Selling Sunset. In an interview with Variety published on October 31, the 44-year-old reality star expressed that although she enjoyed season 9, she doesn't plan to continue with the show.
“I liked this season,” Stause said about season 9, which was released on October 20. “But I’m excited to move on from this chapter.”
She described the reunion as a difficult experience. “The reunion was so brutal. In that moment, I realized I will be done here going forward. I wish everyone the best, but this isn’t the place for me. It felt a little bit like a dog pile.”
The reunion, filmed in August, will air on Netflix on Wednesday, November 5. No announcement has been made about a tenth season.
Stause told Variety the conflict “culminates with the reunion.”
Chrishell Stause plans to move on from Selling Sunset after a challenging season 9 reunion, signaling a new chapter beyond the show.
