The season 9 reunion of Selling Sunset is set to air on Netflix on Wednesday, November 5. Chrishell Stause, who has been part of the series since its debut in 2019, revealed her uncertain future with the show after the latest season.
Stause joined the Oppenheim Group as a real estate agent when the Netflix reality series began, and has appeared in all nine seasons. In a recent interview with Variety published on October 31, the 44-year-old reality star shared her thoughts about continuing with the series.
“I liked this season,” Stause said of season 9, which was released in October. However, she expressed that she is “excited to move on from this chapter.”
Discussing the reunion, Stause described it as a difficult experience.
“The reunion was so brutal. In that moment, I realized I will be done here going forward. I wish everyone the best, but this isn’t the place for me. It felt a little bit like a dog pile.”
The reunion episode was filmed in August, with season 9’s reunion airing on November 5. Netflix has not announced a tenth season yet.
Chrishell Stause’s potential departure marks a turning point for Selling Sunset, reflecting the challenges behind the scenes of reality TV.
