Athletics: Leeming and Mylchreest Impress in Manchester Half Marathon
Several Manx competitors participated in the Manchester Half Marathon last Sunday, October 12.
Corrin Leeming and Emily Mylchreest delivered impressive performances, with Leeming being the highest male and overall finisher from the Isle of Man, finishing 13th in 1:05:18.
Mylchreest shattered her previous best by nearly five minutes, finishing 50th in the women's race with a time of 1:22:26.

- Emily Mylchreest: 1:22:26 (50th in women's race)
- Paul Sykes: 1:15:59 (second-fastest Manx time)
- Rory Dearden: 1:16:23 (third-quickest Manx time)
A total of 11 Manx competitors took part in the race.
