A brand new four-storey apartment building has opened on Bartholomew Street in Brockville, welcoming its first tenants in September.
The 52-unit building, managed by ARCA Property Management, held a grand opening event for local officials and community partners.
“We finished the build at the end of August and we were ready to occupy in September, where we had the first 15 people move in,” said Helene Cuadra, owner of ARCA Property Management.
The building offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with only eight units left to rent, including studio and one-bedroom apartments.
Tenants are moving in throughout the fall, with 20 more expected in October, and the rest in November and December.
