Green Carbon Inc., led by CEO Jun Okita, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Living Roots Pte., a Singapore-based company headed by CEO Avi Agarwal, to jointly develop biochar-derived organic fertilizers for rubber plantations in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
The partnership focuses on the large-scale creation and marketing of biochar fertilizers aimed at promoting regenerative agriculture. Together, they plan to build a supply system capable of producing over 3,000 tons of biochar annually.
