Emirates NBA Cup 2024-25 Overview
The Emirates NBA Cup returns for its third season, starting on October 31 and concluding with the championship game in December. All 30 NBA teams are divided into six groups of five within their conferences, based on their 2024-25 win-loss records.
Format and Progression
Each team plays four group-stage games. The top team from each group and two wild-card teams advance to the knockout round. All Cup games count toward regular-season standings except the championship game. Prize money is awarded to players on teams that reach knockout stages, increasing with each round they progress.
